As a Registered Social Landlord, we follow a set of expectations and standards set by Welsh Government. But, more importantly, we commit to support our tenants towards a brighter, safer future. We ask them how satisfied they are with their homes and with the services we provide. This survey is one of the ways in which we ask for their opinion, especially with the impact of restrictions brought about by the pandemic on services.
We are really proud that 96% felt that we are doing a good job as their landlord, and 82% were satisfied with the quality of their homes. Our dedicated housing management team will continue to work hard on improving our services.
