We’re delighted to announce the appointment of our new Chief Executive Officer, Andrew Belcher who will be joining Stori on 4th September 2023.
Over the past 15 years Andrew has held senior strategic and operational roles in the housing and support sector and has led organisations working across Wales whose sole purpose has been to make a positive difference to the lives of the people and communities we serve. Andrew has experience of leading ‘business change’ within organisations which includes the development of new organisational policy and practice to reflect changes in legislation, strategy/best practice and has successfully led the development of a positive, open and values led culture within organisations.
Andrew has extensive experience of working closely with Boards and Trustees in the effective governance of the organisations.
Andrew will succeed Siân Morgan, who announced her intention to retire in September 2023. Sian will step down as CEO on 4th September 2023 but will remain with Stori until 30th September 2023 in an advisory role in order to support a smooth transition.
Andrew’s experience, culture, and passion make him a great fit to enable the future growth of Stori.
