As CEO Andrew plays a key role in championing Stori’s values by working co-productively with colleagues, clients, tenants, local communities, partners and funders to deliver Stori’s mission.  Andrew is passionate about Stori developing and delivering high quality, innovative, person centred and sustainable housing, support, employment, learning and training services which enable people to learn new skills, feel safe, secure, confident and independent.

Andrew plays a critical part in making sure we grow – in the right ways. He oversees marketing and communications in addition to bringing our commercial ambitions to fruition, helping get our services to those who need them.

Sharon oversees our work in North Wales - and also our Housing Management Strategic Plan. She ensures consistently high quality across the board and handles the vital development and frontline delivery of our services to people who need them.

Necia handles the vital development and frontline delivery of our services in South Wales, to people who need them, ensuring consistently high quality across the board.

Stephen is responsible for ensuring that the Finance, Governance and HR functions are delivered to exacting standards to facilitate the continuity and development of Stori. He oversees the provision of robust analysis of the financial, people and regulatory position of the organisation. Stephen is enthusiastic that leaders within Stori are responsible for setting a sound legacy for its clients and colleagues into the future.

Mathew is passionate about making a difference and brings 15 years experience working in management and leadership positions across Wales and South West England.

Hannah is an organisational development consultant.

Allyn is currently employed as an Energy & Planned Services Manager covering all aspects of decarbonisation & retrofit of housing stock, all cyclical works programs, and the delivery of internal and external M&E functions for the group.

Kelly has over 20 years’ experience in the field of social housing and homelessness. Kelly has held roles in Local Authorities, Welsh Government and Housing Associations.

Clive is a qualified company secretary and has specialised in finance, funding and treasury management to the social housing sector over the last 35 years.

Kat is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) who is passionate about working with values-driven organisations.

Lynn is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, the majority of which has been spent within the development sector.

Roxanne is a senior leader within NHS Wales with over 20 years’ experience working within health and social care, specialising in strategic partnerships, capital programmes and fund management.
