This course aims to empower adults to be a first line of support for young people experiencing mental health challenges, helping to bridge the gap between early signs and professional help.
We also offer a Mental Health First Aid Refresher course for those who have already completed the qualification. It is required in the third year after the original course to keep your certification active.
