      CEO

      As CEO Andrew plays a key role in championing Stori’s values by working co-productively with colleagues, clients, tenants, local communities, partners and funders to deliver Stori’s mission.  Andrew is passionate about Stori developing and delivering high quality, innovative, person centred and sustainable housing, support, employment, learning and training services which enable people to learn new skills, feel safe, secure, confident and independent.

    • Helen Rees-Byrne

      Director of Resources

      Helen Rees-Byrne is our Director of Resources, leading Finance, HR, and Governance. She plays a key role in ensuring the organisation remains financially strong, well governed, and supported by effective people practices.

      Director of Business Development

      Andrew plays a critical part in making sure we grow – in the right ways. He oversees marketing and communications in addition to bringing our commercial ambitions to fruition, helping get our services to those who need them.

    • Sharon Smith

      Director of Services, North

      Sharon oversees our work in North Wales - and also our Housing Management Strategic Plan. She ensures consistently high quality across the board and handles the vital development and frontline delivery of our services to people who need them.

      Hannah is an organisational development consultant.

    • Allyn Pritchard

      Board Member

      Allyn is currently employed as an Energy & Planned Services Manager covering all aspects of decarbonisation & retrofit of housing stock, all cyclical works programs, and the delivery of internal and external M&E functions for the group.

    • Clive Eccleston

      Board Member

      Clive is a qualified company secretary and has specialised in finance, funding and treasury management to the social housing sector over the last 35 years.

    • Lynn Morgan

      Board Member

      Lynn is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, the majority of which has been spent within the development sector.

    • Kat Angell

      Board Member

      Kat is a qualified Accountant (FCCA) and Finance Director with over 20 years’ experience spanning commercial and not‑for‑profit sectors. With a career rooted firmly in finance, she is passionate about partnering with values‑driven organisations and is committed to continuous improvement, strong financial stewardship and delivering value for money.

      Ceri is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a People Director, and a non-legal member of the Employment Tribunal, bringing expertise in employment and strategic people practices. She is passionate about enhancing colleague experience, shaping inclusive and high-performing cultures, and driving meaningful organisational change.

      Board Member

      Roxanne is a senior leader within NHS Wales with over 20 years’ experience working within health and social care, specialising in strategic partnerships, capital programmes and fund management.

    • Ceri Witchard

      Co-optee

      Ceri is a senior leader with over 25 years’ experience in the public sector, working in both UK and Welsh Government.  She is passionate about the importance of excellent leadership and learning culture to build high performing teams.
