We support people from the age of 16 who are in a situation that makes it hard to live safely at home, this could be due to domestic abuse, mental health issues, substance use or other challenges. Our Supported Accommodation Services provide quality service through a flexible range of practical and therapeutic services for families and single people including those with Multiple and co-occurring needs. We provide flexible housing related support to help individuals to live independently and move on to suitable, affordable alternative housing.
People living within our accommodation are supported to live independently and to become a part of their local community. Our service delivery model helps give people the support they need to gain independence and thrive.
